I had booked a table around lunchtime on Friday for a table for 2 later that evening. This was for 7:45pm. It was a special occasion as me and my boyfriend were celebrating some good news, so I wanted to book some place nice. I made the booking through ‘opentable’ and this was confirmed for a table inside for drinks only. When me and my boyfriend arrived the place was packed so we were glad we booked. We were greeted by a staff member who took my name, confirmed that we had arrived on her iPad, and asked if we had booked a table inside or outside. Really enjoyed the bottomless brunch, waffle stacker was amazing and drinks were flowing, really good value for money! Staff were lovely, our server was great, didn’t her her name unfortunately!

Terrible service. Sat for over 25 minutes after ordering through the app, no one came to check on us etc. And we had to ask where our drinks were. Terrible.

Private party in half the restaurant which killed the vibe and resulted in pretty poor service
