we have received the breakfast with an additional champagne as a gift bonus and we have set up a holiday on Lake thun. at peak weather an extremely beautiful view from the restaurant terrace over the lake to the mountain - this part has wonderfully succeeded. reception and circumstance in the shadau: military, schoolmaster and somehow factory-like! three times the already handed bon was required, the champagner for additional chf 16.- per person a half-filled cüpli - a cheekiness - the original served diners sweetly dressed and much too little for us two herren / supplement only after consultation and much more edible. etc. a simple müesli as well as two juices must be brought in the house despite the service itself - generally speaking simply a pseudo-original, overpriced brunch in great location - but since we hope from the new pächters a lot more about professionalism!
on 12.07.2017 I and my friend were here to visit. we were served by a very pleasant and accommodating waiter who took care of us very lovingly and caringly. in spite of all, we had our private sphere and were not disturbed. the table was very beautifully decorated and the look just gorgeous! the food was delicious and was vividly presented that auge is very quiet with :) we thank you very much for this great and successful evening and we are happy to come back.
the view from the terrace on the thunersee is beautiful. Unfortunately, the terrace is quite small and with good weather you don't always get a place. we drank coffee there the afternoon and ordered the lock plate for 2. this offers a selection of the freshly prepared patisserie on the day. the service was friendly and fast.
