Yesterday we decided our first din in-restarant since March. We opted for Aryana for two reasons: First we wanted to support the wonderful family that this restaurant has, and secondly we know that if we didn't feel safe for some reason we could always take along. To our pleasant surprise, they were completely compliant with distancing rules, tables were perfectly removed from each other and Sho, the son who leads the front of the house, wore a mask and kept things clean. How lucky is the West Island to have a restaurant that has such exotic, authentic Afghan cuisine. This restaurant is family owned, and you can taste pride of ownership in every bite. Discovered Aryana three weeks ago and have been there three times!!! Their eggplant...is so well seasoned, their dumplings expertly prepared. The rice is perfectly cooked. I keep going back for more lamb dishes (not easy to find good lamb dishes in the West Island). The owners are charming. Great middle eastern music to accompany your meal. They've thought of everything and are even going to open a sister restaurant with the same name! A taste sensation!!! Hooray for us!!!!!
This is a small, quaint family run restaurant. The dining room is modestly appointed and chairs and tables are not all that comfortable. However, the service is efficient and friendly and the food is fantastic. We had the lamb: not sure exactly how they make...it so aromatic and tender, no doubt the secret is the extended cooking times at low temperature.
We are so happy to have this jewel in the West Island, We had enjoyed the Khyber Pass in downtown in the past, but now Aryana will be our favorite, The restaurant in clean and cozy, The staff wonderful.

Small, quiet, family restaurant with excellent food and service. Nice warm and friendly ambiance. All staff were wonderful. They will be opening a second larger restaurant in May on Ile Perrot.
We had such a pleasant evening in Aryana with friends. The food was delicious and very affordable. The simple and beautiful decoration for a relaxing and pleasant meal. Thank you.
