The concept in itself is already original: the dish is only announced after having been tasted! This allows everyone to exercise their taste buds and confront their ideas. The menus are available in 4, 6, 8 or 10 dishes with prices ranging of course crescendo but remain reasonable given the service provided. Let's come to the different dishes: a seasonal cuisine, colourful, innovative and tasty, with uncommon associations (e.g. monk head and chocolate) that delight the palace one after another. We were disappointed because when we return to this type of restaurant we expect a more friendly service... An aperitif almost imposed a qutsches wine at 14€!!! No champagne offered...! No wine card!!! I've never seen this... a service without a smile! Too bad. Cherry on the cake !!!! Just finished the coffee, the server comes to table with the addition and the TPE for the regulation!!! It's never seen before for a restaurant called gastronomic! When we leave Nobody to greet us! Eyes I find. The dishes offered are of thanks to the chef for his kitchen! Unfortunately it is not enough to want to go back .... For my part I do not recommend.

The kitchen is good, but the experience is confusing, we don’t have what we eat and it’s only after eating that we know It is not from frank taste but very subtle so very hard to find. And so we don’t have time to figure out what we eat. Even if we have the menu at the end of the meal. It is impossible to have a gustative memory of what we have tasted and it is a shame. And the quantities are really small especially the meat that makes two bites a limit. We're not coming back. But it’s to be tested! It's up to you!

A perfect place to discover new flavours, we went there tonight with my partner and it was surprising! First of all a very pleasant welcome, a listener’s waiter and a quality chef! The principle of discovering blind dishes is very surprising but at the same time necessary, they are dishes that we would never have taken, and yet it was excellent! It is shameful. We had dinner on the terrace late and it was black. We asked for a small lamp or even a candle, it was categorically denied. We had to turn on our cell phones to see the contents of the very antipathic personal plate. I specify for an addition of €200 to €2!!! A candle that Even should have been on the table) refused!!! The principle of discovering what we ate in posteriori is an interesting concept. On the other hand, attempts at originality are not always happy and harmonious. In addition, the dishes that should be hot are warm and the quantities are reduced (dinette meal). We discovered a dirty table, dirty cutlery and a sewer smell in the restaurant... which wasn't on the map.

I had not come for a while, and the ASA restaurant is always up to my expectations! A wedding of incredible flavours and textures There are some things I hate eating everyday and yet here I eat them without any problems! The waiter is very nice, the wines that are offered in agreement with the dishes are a delight. A great bravo to the chief!
