I've been eating in the Balkan Grill a lot. But tonight I was really disappointed. The food was very dry. I have noticed a few times that a lady in staff is very unfriendly and respectless to guests. Good staff should be able to deal with stress situations and be friendly to the clientele, which was unfortunately not the case here. I've eaten at Balkan Grill many times. But tonight I was really disappointed. The food was prepared very dry. I've noticed a few times now that a lady on the staff is very rude and disrespectful towards guests. Good staff should be able to deal with stressful situation and always be friendly to the customers, which is unfortunately not the case here.
They were there for the first time today. Operation was very nice but completely overwhelmed. It was also not the order but whether you already know yourself for a long time alone until the ordering of the drinks it took more than 30 minutes. After about 1.5 hours, we finally had our food although tables were still free and the store was not exhausted. The food was good but very well seasoned. The pommes were still half raw, which was really bad. Were you going to go to the pizza day again tomorrow, but what has now been done. Due to the super location you can get a lot out of the place.
