Having gluten and milchin tolerance means eating can be a total nightmare! but not at ascoughs. they went out of her to make sure I knew exactly what I could eat. I had at least two choices from the starter and main menu. While nothing was suitable on the desert menu, the cook came with one from the concoction and it was nice-my favorite course of the three! many thanks that they eat both pleasant and stress-free.

Cannot fault the food or service, lack of photos due to just enjoying our meal. The cod was amazing as for dessert, the garnish of liquorice sorbet was out of this world. I don't like liquorice or sorbet, but this was amazing. The extra birthday treat from Ascoughs was delicious. Will certainly be back! Fantastic place Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Went for lunch today with my children and their daddy and we all left extremely impressed. The set price lunch menu has lots of varied and different dishes which was great! Highlights included perfectly cooked scallops, chicken liver mousse, roast pork and a to die for caramel choux dessert! We'll be back for sure!

The food here is all well paired and rich in flavour. The drinks menu is comprehensive and the cocktails well prepared. In combination with an excellent service this makes for an exquisite night.

A surprise meal for my 40th birthday, absolutely the best meal I’ve had, the staff were very friendly helpful to, definitely 5 stars from me, looking forward to returning very soon x

We eat here often never disappointed service staff food is always top draw . One other thing the menu changes frequently so food choices are varied Excellent value
