The Asda in Alloa really needs to make some improvements. The heating is ice cold, and the lighting makes the place feel dark and dingy. They should consider warming up the atmosphere and brightening up the shop, as it would greatly enhance the shopping experience. It's quite uncomfortable to shop there when it's so cold.
The restaurant has a good selection of dishes; however, there was a significant issue with the pizza counter, where only one person was serving customers. We had to wait 30 minutes for our pizza. Additionally, the accessible restroom was unpleasantly odoriferous. Overall, I would rate this experience a 1 out of 10.
