This is only my second time eating here as always a little unsure what to have, however my youngest daughter was eager to try. I am really suprised how good the food is and how healthy and nutritious you can choose. The Staff were amazingly attentive, friendly and autheticly nice, I 've enjoyed my experience here at Solihull and will return. Thank you to our servers Chad Katie, very helpful and kind. A favourite go-to place for me and my partner, we have been eating here approx. once a month for the past year and a half. We love the food and even rate the gyoza more highly than those we had in Tokyo! Our favourites include Ebi katsu, katsu chicken curry, wok fried greens, bang bang cauliflower and the mushrooms! Dietary restrictions: Not us personally, but we observed their service ro a woman with a nut allergy and it was excellent and extremely thorough! The food was lovely. Super fresh tasty as always. The service was the best! We had a lovely guy called Chad who served us, he was spectacular! Cracking jokes left, right centre. Made us feel relaxed and welcome. He really went the extra mile so should be praised rewarded for how excellent he was. He’s a natural with people. Nothing was too much effort for him and he was very patient with my auntie who hadn’t been before. Well done Chad the 2 wonderful chefs! Upon arrival we were asked to stand and wait to be seated although there was plenty of empty seats. She then tried to cram us in next to a large group which was ridiculous. I said no she then moved us to a completely empty table which was fine the girl who served us was great karyss I think. But the person who seated us was pretty poor and you could see that others who came into the restaurant felt the same. Food was great.
