I tried the caldo de gallina, bistec a lo pobre, and tamal de pollo, and everything was incredible. This is the best Peruvian food I've had, apart from what I've experienced in Queens.

The Caldo de Gallina soup didn't have any hen in it. My mom was really disappointed to find out there was no chicken at all.
