The Asia Restaurant Ming has been around two years. It is located in the middle of the city near the Saarbrücker Main Station, near the Europa Gallery and the Congress Hall. A not inconsiderable location disadvantage for the Ming is that it does not have its own parking spaces. Guests can get a free parking at the main station with good luck and are otherwise dependent on the City Park or the parking garages of the central area (Parkhaus Europa-Galerie, Parkhaus Alte Post and others; nothing for people with a short lunch break, because it is a good piece of road to the Ming, which then must return to the car with a full stomach. The most unprofessional ,rude , and aggressive waitress I have ever seen. I’m wondering why a restaurant with this level has such a unprofessional Chief , we reserved a table for six adults and two kids and when we came the waiter started to insult and attacks us and speak in a loud and i appropriate way with us and with the kids although he forced us to take a table away from the buffet because we have kids , and this with full mouth he said i prefer you leave i don’t want you ???? He kicked us out we don’t know why ? that was our first visit here. we thought we would stop after our Sunday bike ride for some fried starters or sushi. we had no idea how big this place was and how extensive the buffet was! So we did. we have pampered ourselves in all yummies from Sunday buffet, whose high point is the Mongolian grill. it's so good. I can't list all foods. but everything is super fresh and crisp. they check their vaccination status or need a negatiwtest to feed in. they have provided COVID-19 testkits, which they also wait for their results after 15 minutes. Furthermore, they need to travel around and hand gloves for the buffet (although I am not sure whether it is a COVID-19 or a general hygiene measure).
Nice buffet for 17 € sushi was really fresh. One of the best things is that you can select your own raw meat/seafood/veggies from a big selection and they prepare the exact piece of meat that you selected. Side dishes were a bit lacking for me as a pescatarian. Mainly meat dishes. I have sweet teeth but the desserts didn't grab me. All over it was nice and would definitely go back for those king prawns again.

The buffet coats 19.90 euros. It gives you access to all different see foods, sushi menus, fried stuff, desserts, etc. The sushi quality was high, and they were fresh, but fried items weren’t appealing to me. They had a cool robot that brings your plate to the table and plays music.
Nice buffet at a reasonable price! vegetarian options could have been better and fried menu items could do with less batter coating. I am no maki sushi connoisseur, so can't really say much about it, but they had a good variety
really good eating and fresh, clean atmosphere very friendly staff. for everything you can eat, which is very well provided for quality and service. really a great place over everyone, they'll go back soon.
super duper ask. eating the places are amazing. do not forget to book, especially during the weekend, otherwise they will not get the place.
