Asian Avenue - Reserva de mesa

We visited there last week and were quite impressed. The Asian avenue is a family run restaurant. The staff is very friendly. They produce a very nice buffet with lots of selections. The food is constantly refilled and is hot, tasty and well prepared. They have an excellent cold section and a dessert section which you normally don't find in those places. Our food was delicious and we will definitely go back.For people from out of town, the restaurant is located right next to Surplus Herby's which everyone in town knows where it is.

We could not find anything on the buffet that you would ever order if you were allowed to sample first. The batter was so thick on the deep fried meats that you couldn't find the meat. There were many entrees that we couldn't tell what meat they were. Mystery meat? Sauces were bland. The fried rice and egg foo young were made with frozen vegetables. Mushy, boxed spring rolls.

Service was great, very friendly and accommodating staff. The service was also very fast. A decent amount of food for the price. I ordered the Mushroom Chow mein for 15.95 and it will last my at least 4 decent sized meals. I ordered sweet and sour sauce on the side and it was delicious. I highly recommend going out and trying it at least once with your family!

We ordered soup, fish, noodle with cabbage, chicken, prawn, fried tofu, scrambled egg. The chef forgot to put salt to the soup, so it tasted like water with ginseng. The fish is too salty. The egg was over cooked. Other dishes were good. Reserva una mesa ahora

I recently got take out from Asian Avenue. I have been there on a number if occasions however, not in a long time. The owner recognized me, a rare aspect of good service. The food as always was excellent.

Have stopped in a few times. Buffet has a good selection with food being fresh and good. Always busy with tour buses stopping in and not overly priced.

No more smorgasbord but, for the same price I get more than I would have eaten if it were still going. Good food, quick service.

If there was a 3.5 stars that's probably more accurateComing from Vancouver we were spoiled with great Chinese.

We ordered one of the set menus, everything was pretty good, though seemed kinda expensive.
