Asian Cuisine - Reserva de mesa

Das Essen war zwar ok, jedoch fehlten 3 Positionen der gesamten Bestellung, trotz Nachfrage beim Lieferanten, ob auch alles dabei sei. Auf telefonische Nachfrage bei dem Restaurant wurde unhöflich geantwortet. Eine Nachlieferung hätte geschlagene 30 min gedauert. Diese haben wir dankend abgelehnt und eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises gefordert. Leider war die Person am Telefon sehr unkompetent, verstehte fast nichts und meinte dann nur, sie müsse jetzt weiter arbeiten. Für mich ein No-Go... Kann ja mal passieren, dass was vergessen geht aber wie das Restaurant die Situation gemanaged hat, ist das Letzte.
