Went here with my 2 young daughters. We didn't have a reservation but they accommodated us by offering us an hour and a half slot because of other bookings, which was more than enough time. Starters came out promptly enough. Then we had the 45min wait for the mains....which I'm guessing the kitchen may have forgot about as we ordered using the online app. They acknowledged the delay on their part and as a pleasant surprise didn't charge us for the mains. stood back because the previous meal was so delicious and this time was not disappointed. the staff was so friendly, warm and pleasant, it was a pleasure to eat there. can not recommend asceto Italian well enough. good delicous, hot and very tasty. desserts were breathtaking and well done. they seem to use the freshest ingredients that make the difference. love it.
had a nice meal here last night. we had a very small thing with one of the meals. well done to the waitress and the manager who apologizes and more than us put back on the problem, although I had eaten the entire meal (it was delicious) many thanks, excellent customer service, they are a credit to the company and we will return.
Classic, simple and done brilliantly. Our waiter was enthusiastic, professional and was a pleasure to have serve us. Staff on a whole were nice and polite! Food was done well, and there was a short waiting time (pretty short, 10> Mins) Atmosphere was nice! It's just a very nice example of a brilliant Italian restaurant. 9.5/10

Really nice food, good customer service, just one problem which was that I couldn’t use my student discount on the set menu even though it wasn’t stated in the terms and conditions, given that our meal was good value for money. Amazing cheesecake!
I had vegan pizza here (they have vegan cheese) and the vegan aubergine (eggplant) pasta were both really good and the chocolate orange torte is to die for definitiw leaving room for dessert!
Really good quality food and drinks. However service did take awhile and we were left waiting for quite some time. However it was great overall
the eating was amazing and the waiter and waiter were very welcoming ... definitiw a visit worth when they were in the cardiff area ..
