Ordering a take-away through a popular delivery service my wife and I were not impressed when our starter was missed completely, extra toppings ordered were missing from the pizzas, and the side was missing from one of the desserts. When my wife contacted ASK to...query this, she was told that she had to contact the delivery service as it was not the fault of ASK. When she asked how the delivery could be responsible for the actual making of the pizza ASK responded by simply saying to contact the delivery service. As an extended family, we've been coming here for over 7 years and have never been disappointed. Whether we come twice a year or 3 times in one week, the service is always good, the food excellent and the atmosphere friendly. I nearly always use...my Tesco vouchers too. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff whether it's inviting little ones into the kitchen to see their desserts being made to bringing me extra ice for my beer! Tonight we were even given extra desserts to go with a birthday cake, as a gift. the best Italian food I remember. Despite our reservation app, booking does not transfer to the restaurant that she immediately took us and appreciated our confirmed reservation despite full popularity. reasonable quick service to an acute time. absolutely high-quality eating. Antipasto-Platter, main and...Desserts plus coffee were all good and super boiled. noise level somewhat above ideal, but that was an acute time and this restaurant attracts young families and groups. very professional staff and prompt, although never intrusive service. against as an average menu and an appropriate choice for vegetarian and vegan. Step-free access and appears ok for standard wheelchairs.

I know its a chain and that one should not expect too much, ... even so it was dismal. Service was non existent and both servers appeared to be wishing they were somewhere else. Food, ... it's difficult to get a pizza wrong but they...did overcooked.

Thanks to the two guys front of house and those in the kitchen. The service and food were excellent and especially in half term week. Only disappointment was I still haven’t tried rhubarb and custard ravioli as they didn’t have it again.

love eating here and atmosphere is great, came back a few years and hated it, but since then it has really improved. it can be a bit expensive for what it is, but every time I was, there is a good note online

We had the most wonderful meal. Fantastic new GF Vegan pizza and other delicious pizzas and sea bass. The manager makes the place feel like you are at home. It neaver disappoints!

Lovely place to visit if you have kids ! They really do have some lovely food The prawns are the best any where Gluten free options So very good for us
