Super fast place with friendly staff. The kara age was plentiful and well cooked. The sauce was not very authentic, though. It should have been served with Japanese mayonnaise, but it tasted like some kind of ranch. Was much better to avoid the sauce. The ramen was good size and had fresh toppings. The chashu pork was braised and was very tasty. The noodles were cooked to near perfection. The chicken was cooked well, but nothing special, and certainly not something that should be on authentic Japanese ramen. The broth was fake. The Spicy Miso was make with light chicken sauce, and we couldn?t taste and miso. It was also very spicy and tasted more like something from a Thai place. The ingredients were a strange, and the egg was poached instead of medium boiled. The tonkotsu ramen was very creamy, but was also made with a combination of chicken stock and premade tonkotsu stock. Again, this was not very authentic. The bokchoi was large and a little difficult to eat. It would have been better if it was the smaller variant. Most people aren?t going to be familiar with real Japanese Ramen, and may not know the difference. There are a few places it town were you can get authentic Japanese Ramen, and it tastes a lot different than the ramen served here. Taken by itself, though, this place is still tasty.

Because it is currently take out only, the restaurant itself is really unkempt right now, it's not a good sight. When I realized that the owners are Chinese (I'm Chinese), I was slightly concerned whether the ramen will be authentic cause ramen is Japanese. To my pleasant surprise, the ramen is very yummy, so are the gyoza and the edamame. I hope they clean up their shop soon, even if it's just take out only.

I paid her prices to deliver my food. I didn't get what I ordered, the portions were terrible for how much they charged. 75% rice 10% meat and 15% onion. No sauce. Rice was dry, the meat looked good, but I have an allergy to onions, so I didn't try. Maybe the store experience would be better, but I would not recommend ordering from this place online ever.

Amazing!!! Traditional Japanese cuisine, super tasty, very clean, the presentation is on point, and great service. We tried 3 different types of rams, duck wings, grass salad, and the spicy Poke bowl is the best I had in Denver. In any case, visit again.
