Fersure a hidden jewel not only in San Fernando, but in the San Fernando Valley! My wife and I tried the fish ceviche, jalea mixta and leche de tigre. I must say that our least favorite was the leche de tigre which tasted the same as the ceviche, but it was not bad. The jalea and the ceviche were very good and well portioned. I would recommend Asumare on the basis of those 3 dishes.
