I would call this a hidden gem! When we arrived, there weren 't many people. The food was delicious and we were happy to support our fellow Broncos! We ordered the poke nachos and bruschetta toast for our appetizer. We then had the salmon, jerk chicken, and turkey croissant sandwich for our entrees. The jerk chicken was so flavorful and the accompanying tomato-based sauce was also delicious. As simple as the turkey croissant sandwich was, the ingredients were incredibly fresh and well-balanced. For dessert, we had the RKR Apple Crisp, topped with horchata ice cream, and that was amazing too! It was a little too sweet for me (I am a savory person), but my friends absolutely cleaned the dish!...
The student-run restaurant is excellent. Our server, Megan, provided outstanding service for our table. I ordered the jerk chicken entree and it was absolutely delicious. The indoor ambience is nice and there are great views outdoors. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Disappointed about the salmon dish wasn't flavorful and no garnish and/or color. Was just a piece of fish on a plate that's it. Enjoyed the cheese and meet board, broccolini, rays jerk chicken and Cauliflower steak (vegan).
Restaurant At Kellogg Ranch truly exceeded expectations. The dining experience here was exceptional, from the delectable cuisine to the attentive service. A definite 5-star gem worth revisiting!

My first time dining at this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It definitely won't be our last. We love the friendly environment and amazing service.
