Atelier Cook And Thi

I had the opportunity to test Cook And Thi's take-away menus before, and it decided to take part in a cooking and well being workshop (1 hour yoga and 1 hour cooking classes). The workshop takes place in a small group, making the atmosphere much more warm. We start the well relaxed cooking class after the Yoga session. The explanations are very detailed, and variants are proposed according to the preferences or constraints of each participant, which also allows other participants to learn different ways to prepare the dish. Cooking lessons: We made 2 dishes: chicken has lemongrass and tapioca coco with mango. Chief Thi welcomes us in his house, which gives an intimate setting to the experience. The revenues are well explained and the products used for their realization are presented in detail. We would like to participate as much in the kitchen of dishes as in the cut! We go back with his recipe sheets and the desire to redo the tested dishes! A good time between friends!

I had the chance to test the well-being/kitchen workshop. Great discovery! 1 hour of yoga to stretch well followed by a cooking class with Cheffe Thi. Sharing information, making recipes, tasting, all in a warm and friendly setting! I'll do it again and recommend it without moderation!
