love, as the great majority of the dishes are seafood. the cook took the culinary experience on another level with projectors and the course of each seafood was perfectly highlighted without taking too much away from its original taste. not to mention being able to interact with the cook and loving that he came to our table to show his dishes, reminded me of the experience even more. the service was also spectacular, the server were able to speak English and fluidically communicated with us.

extanoble was the perfect place to experience the passion and the aromes of the Basque region. the gloomy experience was from this world, everyone wein was perfectly paired. the music could have been softer, but I did not find it disturbing. if you are looking for a fantastic dinner in bilbao, you recommend visiting.

a great culinary experience. eating was fantastic and exciting and the service was top-class. I would definitely return to another trip to Bilbao. the only thing I would challenge would be the volume of background music that was too intrusiw, but was reduced to desire.
