for a long time, I have already undertaken to visit this restaurant once, to follow some of those who have been walking around in my area. I was also warned that the owner, who is also the cook, is an interesting person, and this really happened. but now to the really important, namely to eat. we decided to use a 6-course menu with wine tasting and were not disappointed. in the opposite. no fiscal or modern kitchen, but solid craft paired with very interesting variations. especially the skillful use of nuclear oil to refine the noble food was impressive. the weine were not the placative, well-known brands, but well-selected and sometimes even more unknown representatives, which were always perfectly matched to the gang. we will come back safely.Note: you have to plan for at least 4 hours for eating. real slow food in perfection.

the restaurant is meanwhile atmosphere – restaurant of the 7 times and is in village on the pram more precisely in the place kumpfmühl. a menu with up to eight courses from which you can choose from four to eight. a matching weinbegleitung is offered for this purpose. the level of the kitchen is excellent and searches in the region of its own. The wine-guiding with special drops, which are presented passionately by the chef gerhard janscha, is also worth mentioning. the service was professional and yet in a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. we had more feeling to dinate with friends than in a local with two hoods. clear recommendation for a special evening for a special occasion but also for a special evening without special occasion.

Tastefully rounded and the matching wein recommendations make a comfortable atmosphere come up. I can only recommend this locally to anyone who wants to spend a pleasant, sustainable evening.
