Restaurant review I recently visited this beautiful, rustic pub and absolutely loved it! As soon as I entered the restaurant I was warmly welcomed by the very friendly staff, which immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. The food was simply outstanding – fresh, tasty and served in really generous portions. Nobody goes home hungry here! I was particularly enthusiastic about the cider from Bembel, which went perfectly with the food and underlined the traditional touch of the house. We wanted to eat something typical of Hessian and this place was recommended. From character a typical cult pub/restaurant. Price-performance ratio is super and the food is simply super tasty, especially the Frankfurter Grünsauce is highly recommended. The service is excellent and very friendly. We like to come back.
Everything is fantastic! They went above and beyond to be amazing, the chef was wonderful. And the cute boy that was serving drinks was the best. But the kitchen closes at 10pm. Even though they were very accommodating and brought us some food anyways. They are fabulous.
Auch der neue Besitzer macht nach der Tradition seines Vorgänger weiter. Gute Deutsche Küche. Die Preise sind mittlerweile auch etwas gestiegen, aber dafür sind die Portion sehr groß. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und gut.
