We're in the superlative and not in the super fare because I took a menu at 75€ each centime was worth its price!! The team is Japanese to the end of the nails and despite (all) small language difficulties, we are always happy because we feel the team convinced to participate in the development of a work! This small restaurant offers French food with a Japanese twist. Fixed price menus start at 52eu and go up from there. Also they offer matching wines, 43eu for 4 glasses paired to the meal. The 52eu menu sounded rather minimal by their description, but it offered so much more, amuse bouch, entree, 2 small mains and dessert plus breads and specialty butters. The presentation was very high end, the flavours were wonderful, one of the best meals we have had in France ever. It is worth the expense if you get the opportunity. Best to book as they only seat about 20-30.
35 years ago when we went to the first half-armed restaurant in laguiole, we were dazzled by the one who was going to become a reference. here too, with a 5-course menu at 75 €, four wonderful hours as in a ceremony. exceptional products sublimated by agreements and presentations combining france and japon, in service as well. with 5 glasses of wines (and even with fruit juice for one of us) and coffee, we paid 125 euros.
the restaurant "on February 14" is well located in the heart of the village of Saint-Amour. The decoration is modern and refined. We took the "degustation" menu. It's a fusion cooking experience at the molecular limit. Each dish is explained by a Japanese hotel master, which reinforces the exotic side of the experience. We're having a very good time. all staff are friendly and efficient.

Au 14 Fevrier is a remarkable restaurant. We had the 92 euro menu which comprised of 10 courses, several of which were quite extraordinary. In particular the lobster, rabbit and salmon dishes were highlights. The presentation of the food is very precise and quite beautiful. The service was first rate as was the ambiance. The list is not extensive but very well chosen. Highly recommended
