Le Bib Gourmand de ce restaurant est amplement mérité pour cet établissement digne d’une étoile au Michelin qui honorerait une cuisine aussi créative que savoureuse. Un grand bravo à Aurélie et Cyril à l’accueil en salle, à Gaëtan en cuisine et à l’ensemble de l’équipe de ce restaurant qui porte fort bien son nom. La salle est nimbée de lumière et les tables sont espacées ce qui contribue au calme du lieu. Les associations de saveurs sont aussi réussies qu’inattendue, le cuisinier ayant l’art de magnifier des aliments en apparence simples en les mariant avec des viandes ou des poissons cuisinés à la perfection. Dîner en amoureux, repas en plusieurs séquences, toutes très bien maîtrisées. Pour moi, à la hauteur d'un restaurant étoilé. Produits de saisons, service efficace, la patronne un brin stressée mais le chef de rang plus détendu, utilisant un peu d'humour pour mettre tout le monde à l'aise. Bon acceuil par téléphone, un peu moins à l'arrivée, ou on nous reproche l'heure et on nous exolique en premier que la cuisine va fermer, mais experience bien rattrapée par la suite. Nous sommes partis ravis.
