We ended up here because it was a Sunday night and two out of the three restaurants on the main "place" of Puget-Theniers were not serving food. I say "ended up" here because this place is at an unusual location between a supermarket and a small shopping center and basically, if we want to be honest about it, is part of a parking lot. So, location is poor, although on a Sunday evening it was nice and quiet. The food, though, is really, really good, bordering on the excellent! This is a small family-run operation (grandmother, mother, daughter) and it seems like the menu is made up of all the disparate dishes mum feels comfortable preparing. It is a nice restaurant, but the quality of food is average, the other customers on the terrace where more friendly to us than the people that work there, we all spoke french, they could have shown a little interest in us, other than taking our order and have us pay the bill.the lemon merengue cake is a delight, it is home made and delicious!
pizza and pasta were among the most beautiful i and my family. a challenge when the pasta had to be milk-free. no slipping on the beats. the baguette was amazing, wein was good, and all too lower trips than average in frank. they even have someone who speaks passable English.
