Au Carillon Gourmand

Birthday celebration for English friends called for a visit to our favourite restaurant in France. Phillip and his team never let us down with their exception food and service. We always feel as though we are the only guests in the restaurant as all Our needs are tended too by the team and Phillip. Chablis and Pinot Noir enjoyed by all. It was especially nice to hear our 21 year old friend say how beautiful and special the decor was as she entered the restaurant. Always special. Thank you Philip.

This restaurant don’t use air conditioning so is very inconfortable, the seared tuna don’t look so red and buried under to much red beet the sorbet was half melted , my meat was to raw on the middle and was not tender accompanied with two sweet garnish bad combination too sweet we end with too lemony dessert too aggressive on your palate I never complain but the food was not good quality and the manager not to understanding !…. Never going back dorry

From entry to departure, our experience was professional, genuine, beautiful and outrageously delicious. The decor was chic, minimal and fun. The team were attentive, from taking our coats to assisting through menu and wine items, to meeting Phillip (owner) who made us feel welcome and our custom appreciated. Thank you to all, we highly recommend this restaurant and it’s menu and experience.

We did not fully appreciate our experience in this restaurant For 70eur wine we would have expected more : the service was unpersonal, the (overall decent) wines were served in small bistro like glasses and dispite the nice presentation and good food quality, the dishes missed taste. So price quality non in balance

we went for dinner in september when it was not so hot anymore. The staff were very friendly and helped us with the menu. The food was good, An adres to keep in mind when we go back in the region.
