Stunningly tasty dishes : some of them are very good and some others even reach the sky. For example, the 'velouté de brie de Meaux aux noisettes is incredible : creamy, well balanced in terms of texture and flavour, and creatively elaborated. The flaming snails with chorizo (flamed whisky) are also surprising and delicious. The menu offers three 'chef's special dishes (starter, main course and dessert), that change from time to time, and wonderful desserts. The staff is made of the nicest people, who nicely offered to change a part of a dish for a customer. Everything is home-made and the place is clean. Unpleasant welcome. No one's antipathic on the phone. It leaves a voice message not clear and allows to be unpleasant. So I'm not ready to come to this restaurant
