Excellent camping and caravan site, great location, lovely views and very peaceful.The whole atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and above all genuine.Russ and Lorna work hard to ensure everything is as it should be and go above and beyond to ensure the best possible stay.Also the on site bar and restaurant are excellent with fantastic home cooked food from great menu and some great beers.The site has great facilities and is very well maintained with a great pool, fishing lake and some great woodland walks.We will definitely be back.

I literally fell under the spell of this beautiful campsite in total harmony with nature. Maintained pitches with pretty hedges, trees, singing birds, the pond, the forest and the swimming pool, everything is there to recharge your batteries in this beautiful, peaceful and quiet place Infinite gratitude to both of you Charline and Julien thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness, your good heart, your good humor and your delicious pizzas See you soon, carry you Giorgio

The menu is small but everything is beautifully cooked and full of taste.The restaurant serve the camping maisonneuve campsite but is also a favourite for the locals, both natives and ex-pats. Lorna and Russ are great hosts. There is seating inside and out and great to eat and drink outside watching the sun go down. Russ does a BBQ regularly as well. Gourmet burgers are great value.Totally recommended.

This place has a great location surrounded by nature. Clients that are not staying in the camp site can eat or have only drinks on the terrace and enjoy the views. If it's cool and rainy the huge barn has been converted to a restaurant/bar and is open every night from April to October.Make a reservation ! The place is full almost every night. Whether it is the Wednesday summer barbecues (you must book) or the black-board menus on other days, they are all very well worth going to. Home-cooked food cooked to perfection, very attentive hosts, a lovely place to relax. Lorna and Russ are superb hosts. Given notice Lorna will cater for food allergies.

We arrived at this Wonderful Camping site late in the day after a nonstop 365 mile drive. Was very Happy to find out it had a wonderful bar and Restaurant. Russ and Lorna made us most welcome. The Bar and restaurant are superb, The Very Best of Food, English and French. It could not be faulted.
