Dinner in this well-known restaurant last week. understood on arrival that the place was under a "new direction" ... then let's see what they have to offer. What an incredible experience. It's a team that's aiming for gastronomic summits, and they're on the way. I went to the crocodile with my mother to celebrate her birthday. We both ate on the map and everything was perfect. the kitchen was of quality, the sommelier gave us excellent advice for the wine agreement, and the chef, franck pelux, the chef de salle, sarah benahmed, as well as the whole staff were of extraordinary kindness and listening to our desires. In addition: the restaurant is perfectly located in the heart of the city centre of strasbourg. I'll definitely go back.

My wife and friends have eaten their recently. It was terrifying! We had duck, fish, a decaying dessert and many other items. the wine agreements were perfect. The service was first class. the chief's wife, sara, spent a lot of time at each table. Every table was full. Chief Frank met all the guests at the end of the meal. We loved the restaurant. overall, the value-price ratio was excellent

We were three, two had a menu while the third person had only one dish and one dessert. everything was absolutely wonderful, the tastes were surprising but always delicious, the service was extremely fast and efficient, while being super nice. I would totally recommend.
