We went on the recommendation of our owner. We had reserved for 7:30 and were the first arrivals. a charming neighborhood restaurant with a professional reception from the hotel's master. a menu on the blackboard and not printed because it changes with everything that happens from their suppliers. We were informed that there was no more duck magnet because the farmer had only a limited offer that week. However, an interesting and varied map. innovative and seasonal, with alsatian sushi (wrinkle rather than rice), and imaginative and attractive presentations. a beautiful selection of local and French wines. I don't know how much praise we've been taking at the cruchon. the menu is limited but varied enough to satisfy the tastes of each. the group I was with tasted the other's entries and dishes. We all agreed that there was no element that was bad. a unique combination of herbs and sauces is used to bring out the best of all dishes, from fish to calf and ribs raised. the desserts offered ranged from the traditional (brush cream) to the infused strawberry blown. I'll certainly come back to the cruchon as soon as possible. reservations are recommended.

we ate here with our 7 and 10 year old children last night and really enjoyed food and the atmosphere. the waitress was very good and explained all the elements of the menu in English and recommended meals for girls and excellent wine. our only little critic would be that there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the restaurant even if nobody smoked - it needed to be ventilated. But it was worth it anyway! I strongly recommend this place!

on the basis of an eggplant recommendation, we went to the cruchon. It was fantastic! I wish I could sit outside, but it was full. Our meals were excellent. My son ordered the steak and it was one of the best steaks he ever had. I normally don't order chicken, but I did it and I'm happy. fantastic! Reserva una mesa ahora

super meal spent in this small restaurant, the menu is simple but for all tastes and prices, although a little more expensive, really worth the price! The welcome was great and they even changed their recipe for me because of an allergy I have. I highly recommend it!

I'm a regular of this place 30 years ago and I'll be back to find out that the atmosphere is still there, and marie claude pays a nice tribute to the mythical cuisine of the Fernand woman. a must-see visit to winstub in strasbourg, with a heritage enjoy!

What a good place to eat. all the dishes are excellent, we opted for the foie gras marmelade of figs and the beef with red wine, fish white sauce, really excellent. it is a must in strasbourg !!!
