Au Fulcosa - Reserva de mesa

Au Fulcosa is one of the local restaurants to which we regularly return. We have rarely been disappointed and our most recent visit was one of the best. Chef Willy offers a frequently-changing set of dishes using good fresh ingredients; while Emily runs things efficiently restaurant side. They reliably provide enjoyable meals at realistic prices. The cuisine is inventive without being pretentious; the dining room is relatively small but tables are just spaced far enough apart for comfort. There is a selection of mid-price wine although there is no fixed-price menu.

eating was really good and for the price it is very worth. all products are very fresh and they can feel it through texture and taste. we took the duck with a bottle of red wine (fixin 2018) and it was a perfect game. the “Soufflé au Rhum” omg so good. they must go and taste, even in fourqueux, this restaurant is very worth it, we have enjoyed it very much.

I was sitting outside - it was lunch time - enjoying the summer air in the village square and had a really pleasant experience with a delicious "onglet" good wine and a very kind lady attending to me and also, upon my request, a very speedy service too.The price was very decent too.I recommend it without any doubt.

Love eating here. Menu constantly changing and the owners take pride in ensuring that all experience the best ambiance, food and service. Great for family dinners and a surprising find in such a sleepy village. They often create themes in season with the festivities and animate the restaurant and menu accordingly. Delicious mashed potatoes with truffle! You can even order them to take out (I just discovered that!) Fish is fresh and perfectly cooked. Desserts were original and excellent. Highly recommend the restaurant. A hidden treasure in a small town.
