I didn't expect to pantin, a few meters from the Hoche subway, in such a lively neighborhood, and facing the shopping center, to taste the best salmon tartare in the area, betting included. If, if. when asked, very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the other tested dishes, the brand new manager, and we learn that he was head of one of the best breweries in the Latin Quarter, we understand why. small flat, the management is brand new, but the customers of the inhabited at the counter is less. and habits, a little complicated to change: short, a little effort: nothing is thrown down!
the new direction has changed a lot of things to start with the map and the chef and it is much better! fresh products well prepared, good reception, direction listening to any suggestions you will not find great kitchen but some well prepared dishes quite copied and served quickly with the smile reasonable rates
There are plenty of great cappuccinos and pains au chocolat in Paris, but the ones on offer at this little corner brasserie are excellent in every way. The gentleman behind the counter is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is welcoming and low key. A great place for a quick light snack in Pantin!
