my gf and I stumbled at this place on the way to a nearby city for the weekend. we have decided that it was worth a punt, as it was close to the usual midday. we were for a real deal. it is a historical building,...a small waterfall and river, embedded in the foothills that reach the Jura mountains. we wondered how the situation in the kitchen is still ready for use and were confirmed to sit further. other tables, especially from local moats, were already good in their meals, so we had most of the waiters during the meal. the main dining area surrounds a large open fireplace in the middle, above an old row of stone winding steps that lead to the underlying layers of the stone building. it has a cozy rural feeling, large wood furniture, leather clothing, brass decoration, everything very suitable for the mountain kitchen style they serve. on the way to eat, my gf had a terroir menu consisting of curses. (starter was a must of foie gras, a main amount of deenbrust with elaborately braided vegetables) while I had only one main guinea fowl, with the same sweet caramelized plant sauce. we accompanied our meal with mineral water and glasses by pinot noir. In addition, we had many small free amuse bouches, cookies and chocolcate with our coffee. total the bill on eur all-in for people. I would definitely recommend trying this place. it is also a hotel b
