Au Petit Mantilly - Reserva de mesa

If you only have one bar/restaurant in your village, you would want it to be as good as this one. Set menu lunch comprises cold starter selection of meats and salads, main is usually meat served with potatoes and rice we had duck on one occasion, turkey on the second. One slight criticism from my better half was the absence of any veg. There is cheese on offer followed by a selection of sweets. This, with cider or wine include for 13.50 euros has to be a bargain, and no communication problems either.

Café très sympa avec accueil chaleureux par un couple d'Ecossais. Le plat du jour (fish and chips) et le dessert (tarte aux pommes) cuisiné maison sont délicieux et copieux. Really good lunchtime fare with excellent hospitality. Run by a young family friendly English lady front of house with chef husband in the kitchen. Popular with workers and locals.
