After being exhibited all weekend at the iddart show, we make a great discovery for dinner, especially on a Sunday night where most places are closed! We had the chance to meet Chef Julien, who not only offers gourmet cuisine without being too fat, but also provides service. He passionately shares his love for the cuisine with sincerity and good humor, all accompanied by an excellent selection of wines and the music of David Gilmour in sound background. The atmosphere was so friendly, we felt like we were invited to a friend's house for an unexpected dinner. In short, it was a real masterpiece of simplicity, a moment of happiness and sharing that we would like to live more often.
We had a nice evening at Au Plain Château with Chef Julien Jammet. Julien was like a friend. The food and wine were brilliant and hospitality went beyond all expectations. All three courses were fantastic and we recommend that everyone visits this restaurant. We had the best food during our 3 weeks visit to Haute Savoie. 5 stars and we wish we visited the place earlier!
A place full of charm. Typical food “à la française”: high quality ingredients and a perfect kitchen. A unique experience that no one should miss in La Roche sur Foron. Excellent meal, impressive cook, full attention for his guest. Authenticity guaranteed and this as such... is already so pleasant. Go there, it's a must in the area.
From California we visited an evening in this charming little town. My wife and I loved the evening spent in this beautiful restaurant in the medieval part of the city. The food was wonderful and the prices were reasonable. Thanks again.
