Nice house. A very pleasant and attentive service, quality products, and dishes to recommend: the mussels of Mont-Saint-Michel, melting! the bomlo salmon way gravelax, tasteful! the asparagus of Trimbach, remarkable! And the hazelnut of deer, tender, and cooked to perfection! Not to mention the chocolate melt and its fresh mint ice... A cuisine that sublimates the products of the terroir. Go away!
Close to the border, but immediately completely different The Plat du Jour in the Alte Mühle, close to the German border, is simply great. Small stopover in Lauterbourg on Thursday noon.. I'm looking for a restaurant and I'm falling on yours. I recently discovered this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the setting and quality of the kitchen. The Rossini Tourdos was well prepared, with perfect cooking, and the dessert coconut marrow was delicious. The service was efficient and attentive staff. A satisfying culinary experience that I recommend closed eyes.
A wonderful Alsatian restaurant with exceptional cuisine. The service is friendly and convenient. Although prices seem a little high at first, dishes are worth every euro. We will certainly return. Thank you.
