we found this charming hostel right in front of the royal monastery we wanted to visit. has barely crossed the threshold, we have been entitled to a cordial welcome this adjective too often galvauded takes all its meaning here. cordial means "who has heart qualities" and that is what we found in this place! Thank you to the management for finding a bottle of cerdon "cachée behind the fagots" and which allowed me to find the taste of my childhood. A restaurant recommended by friends, it was a festival of bresses: qunelle, a marvel, poss of bresse to the pin, divine served with small vegetables and mushrooms in a digested roast juice and a very good dauphinois gratin and to finish a pie with apricots minute, a feast. a very friendly welcome by mr vullin personally that follows you discreetly until your departure, a room rebuilt to nine, with this charm of the excellent restaurants. friendly and efficient hotel master. Nice room. servers impecs. a kitchen with products from the country. mouthing: melon velvety under a rhubarb sorbet; entrance: bressane poultry liver salad and smoked beech wood lardons (have you already tasted them?); dish: bresse or brooch mousseline on a bressane cream (both delicious); dessert: apricots and peaches in compote. First of all, the setting was very friendly, and the reception and service were irreproachable, there is a very diverse map with fresh products. Everything is perfect. very pleasant reception, perfect service, quality of perfect dishes, very pleasant setting in front of the monastery. the formula at 26 € is very well, from the way it was enough.
