Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante tipico corso. L atmosfera che si respira è quella dell'autenticità: una locanda in un piccolo paese sopra Ajaccio, con musica corsa di sottofondo e dei tavoli all aperto. La scelta offre due tipi di menù: uno da 28€ e uno da 42€ di cucina corsa. Noi abbiamo optato per il primo mangiando: tagliere di salumi allevati in corsica, cannelloni al brocciu, secondo di carne con patate al forno e insalata e dolce. Tutto buonissimo e saporito. Gentilissimo anche il proprietario che ci ha offerto l aperitivo e spiegato i piatti. Consigliato a tutti quelli che vogliono fare una cena autentica in corsica.
