Auberge Communale De La Poste Chez Enzo Cinzia

We travel around the world all the time for work and we stay in 5 stars hotels and this is our first time in Switzerland Gingins . We stayed at this Splendid Auberge great room great bed we slept so well. So peaceful. About the food what to say????? We had every single course on the menu and simply delicious. Italian food and Swiss food . We spent 5 days in total relax and like at home Cinzia Enzo and the entire team are so professional and so friendly. I recommend this place should be on the bucket list. We spent a wonderful evening at L’Auberge de la Poste celebrating my mum’s birthday. All dishes we ordered were delicious (artichoke starter, guinea fowl cooked two ways with mushrooms and parsnip purée), however for me the star of the show was the tagliolini with Amalfi lemon sauce. The wines we ordered were also excellent (a Lavaux Pinot Gris and a Primitivo). A big thank you to Cinzia for making the celebration extra special.

One of the best restaurants around. A menu that caters for all tastes; freshest high quality produce used; chefs who cook with skill and passion. Whatever you choose, you will be delighted. And yes the tiramisu limoncello is to die for. On top of all this, wonderful, discreet service and, in the summer, a gorgeous spacious terrace.

Oggi a pranzo è stata una piacevole scoperta, La passione per la buona cucina si vede dall’accoglienza in sala e dalla presentazione dei piatti. Abbiamo fatto un viaggio gastronomico della buona cucina italiana, piatti top gusto sublime, ci rivedremo presto.

This small, family-run restaurant serves excellent food with fine, attentive service, at reasonable (it is Switzerland! prices. There is a lovely terrace in the back, Bistro or Restaurant seating indoors.
