Auberge Communale De Satigny

First time here and not disappointed in the least. We had the plat du jour: dorade two substantial pieces, nicely grilled, with vegetables, salad, dessert, plus a glass of decent Chasselas. Doggie bag available for those who cannot finish (and provided with a smile). Excellent young and helpful staff, very clean and modern. Easy parking (blue zone 3 hour limit). Choice of sitting inside, under umbrellas, or out in the sun. Close by there is a pleasant walk along the Niant d'Avril. One can even catch a boat on the Rhone (although we didn't do it it appears to be seasonal). All in all a very good day's outing.

This is a great restaurant to go to as a family or with friends... really cozy. They are able to accommodate large groups. Decent selection of wine and love the ardoises et viande offering !!! It is spectacular. The morilles sauce was the perfect compliment, though I felt like they were a tad stingy with the serving size for the assortment of meat that I had.

Another of my favourite local eateries. Drank apperitifs on the terrace but the cold Bize wind meant eating was indoors. Decor is nice and the overall ambiance was light and airy. Service was good and food was lovely.

Desappointing. Pricy and bad. The wine was corked, fish was overcooked and desert (café gourmand) of bad quality and frozen…. Nice general atmosphere and service though.

It’s always a great experience eating in this resto. Good food and good service. The terrace is also very nice especially during summer.
