close to the mont gerbier de jonc and the lac d’issarles is this great restaurant with overnight stays. all products come directly from the farm or field next door, the sheep grass on the areas around the Auberge. Very nice and warm welcome. the restaurant was as good as booked. we were getting the last free table without reservation. small map: with aperitif selection, everything too delicious. a huge menu card does not need it here in any case! the aperitif maison was top, appetizer as well as the main course as well as dessert (chataigne tiramisu) bestowed by honest taste, uncoiled and tasty. here is worked with great products a lob to the kitchen! After several km with any closed trade seen in the winter season we just took a meal break in this hostel, very good traditional meal, pleasant welcome and many products from the region for sale. Very good address.
