I presented a review of this restaurant a few years ago. every time we stay in the opposite and when we go there, we experience the highest quality of food and service and running the years have the standards. never slipped. the restaurant has a Michelin star (although they do not emphasize this) and it is easy to see why from the moment they are greeted at the door until they leave a few hours later, everything is perfect. this is not a stuffy, intimidating restaurant; each employee is professional, but very friendly, no more than mme celine pavard. the whole evening is a relaxed experience. there are only tables in the restaurant and it is important to book well in advance. the restaurant...

My partner and I dined at Auberge de la Brie a couple of years ago during our first trip to our timeshare at the Marriott Village Ile-de-France, and at that time had a truly spectacular dining experience (which I reviewed here). the first time we were dined here, then was dinner again. it was amazing, we all love eating. back again this year we came to lunch to see neighboring landscape in daylight. it was a beautiful little town....It was great to eat as we expected. very recommended if they come near this neighboring.

My wife and I are regular customers of l'Auberge de la Brie it never disappointed us. Chef Alain Pavard's food is delightful and his wife Céline his a lovely host. Everything is on point. The perfect place to have a romantic dinner. Just perfect !

We had the tasting menu, a great lunch that really showed the Chef's strength. With the lunch we had the wine-pairing, very good choices, too.
