In a beautiful setting in the vineyard the auberge serves first class food cooked by a very talented chef. He is the husband of one of the ladies who produce the wine which is served along with your meal. The wine is organic and it's...served as part of the meal, all for thirty-four euros. Wonderful value for the standard of cooking. I had rabbit for the first time in my life, I'm in my sixties. Having had it served like this it won't be the last time. One starter, choice of two main courses then dessert. There is a wine list with wines that are not from the vineyard but the house wine perfectly compliments the food. Service is friendly and attentive. You must book, it's a must.
compete with most other commentaries, yes a limited selection of main course, fish or meat, but presentation and taste from this world, and what value, price even contains own wine. best visited in warmer summer months, where you sit outside, where the location is...so rustic, inside are not too exciting, but we still go there in winter for an excellent inexpensive meal. I admire hugues, chef de cuisine, for his tireless work imagination to produce a perfect result. I have taken a comment to know, we have not found a problem to speak English (be patient), was looking forward to our next meal there.
We visited this place for the first time were influenced by the superb evaluations on this site. The food was indeed superb however it should be mentioned that there is hardly any choice . over the service is extremely slow you may wait more than...an hour between courses . For those who do not speak French expect even longer delays and a lot of misunderstandings. If u have any misunderstandings about the bill it will not be resolved due to language issues.
a shaded terrace of an old farm with miles of fields all around. perfect, friendly service and great eating with mainly homemade ingredients, accompanied by a separate wein (included in the meal) the dishes were not high-falutin contraceptions built on the dish by a food architect, but excellently prepared simple local food. we would like to go back there if we were in the opposite.

In my opinion a hidden gem! Do make a reservation well beforehand! Excellent fresh tasty food, but limited menu options. Great and friendly staff. Child friendly. Nice atmosphere. Don’t judge when you see the building, but enter through the gate and be amazed. We loved...it. Little minus, my red wine was too cold.
What can I say, it was just spot on: the food was great, the wine from their own estate was perfect with the dishes, the service was good, the location was very nice with a bit of a romantic atmosphere (enough space beween the tables...a plus). We will definetely return.
We only recently discovered this restaurant , despite having a second home in Provence . We have now been thrice over the course of the past 4 months , and the food has always been high quality . Great presentation too , nice setting ,...and lovely people .
Incredible fresh, in season food cooked by an extremely talented chef Hughes who put together an amazing wedding meal for us and 50 guests. Everyone still raves about the food. Could not recommend this restaurant more highly.

I live near pernes les fontaines and have eaten several times here. it is a beautiful old domaine with an atmospheric terrace directly from a travel book. eating is always good, and also the wee. I will come back.
