We cannot comment about the food in this restaurant, because they messed up our booking. Anyone can make a mistake, but we were offered a seat outside the restaurant on a very cool evening without any sign of remorse, or word of apology. The restaurant had the option of telephoning us to explain that there had been a mistake, but they simply waited until we got there and shrugged their shoulders. They said that they weren't bothered if we stayed or left. We left and we would advise potential customers to find one of the many good restaurants in the area where they can be assured of at least good service to go along with their food.

I have known this restaurant for around 25 years and have never been disappointed. Bruno's welcome is as warm and enthusiastic as ever and the standard of the food is consistently high - the best meal in the area.

Me and my wife was on a bicycle ride along the canal on a hot day in early July. We had a stop for lunch att this lovelly restaurant. Great service and a really nice lunch menu.

The owner speaks English the food is fantastic in the day or evening. Service is amazing. I advise booking as it's really popular
