Auberge De La Croix D'Or

We were 6 friends and all chose the dinner menu which was wonderful. A very interesting amuse-bouche with local goat cheese in interesting surroundings, then crayfish and smoked fish from the lake on s wonderful creamy base, then Pintade with vegetables. Then the big question,...yes or no cheese wagon and it was yes and it was well worth it. Then on to rhubarb and berries dessert and then a second dessert just for the fun of it. La patronne is very friendly and helpful and even spoke English (besides German and French). Yens is a cute village in the vineyards and the restaurant a real find! A hidden gem!

we stayed in st livres and decided to go to dinner here, as it is only on the road. we were greeted by the owner who leads the front of the house while you are running the kitchen. we had a delicious meal - the starter. of culture tomato with burrata, basilikum a generous amount of truffle was a highlight for me and one of the most delicious things I have eaten in a past! there is a nice warm atmosphere here and eating is really delicious. Despite eating extremely high quality, it feels very relaxed and not so spicy my friend and I could not recommend it enough!

we picked up this restaurant from the beaten stretch to know nothing about it than we thought we would try something new. we had a great meal! they have a very interesting and imaginative menu with a good choice. the culinary tasty began...with a muse that wore our appetit. then we tried to continue the veloute des spargel with Fois-Gras, which was excellent to cook with the rack of the lamb to perfection. the place is a bit difficult to find, but the journey through the beautiful landscape is worth. we will definitely go back.

a good recommendation led us to this small village restaurant, and it was an excellent choice. the restaurant has rooms in very traditional Swiss Auberge style. we received a very warm greeting when we arrived, got a nice table in the smaller one. the 2 rooms. we chose the menu de chasse that was super, good wee on the map. the service was excellent, nothing was too much annoyed. a really great experience and a place we will visit again.

we went to lunch with the family today to celebrate a birthday, and it was a meal to remember. we have never eaten a meal that is prepared with such care and competence. so many local ingredients, with an interesting twist. the family was so friendly and...knowing and made us feel so welcome. Too bad we're back in the juli in the england. merci beaucoup!
