Auberge De La Hute

Just after the Lioran tunnel leaving on Clermont we stopped in front of this small restaurant that doesn't pay a mine. Received by the owner (finally I think) it offers us a menu of the day to 16€. Cute creme jacket: A treat. My companion chooses a truffle: a delight. A blueberry pancake to finish this generous meal. Really not disappointed with this stop...

Small unpretentious restaurant, old and on the road. Not far from the Lioran tunnel. We stopped on Sunday noon of October 2022 during our visit. The kitchen is traditional and local: good truffle and tin in blue Auvergne a feast. And what about the good crêpe at the Grand Marnier!!! In short, we spend a pleasant time with a very pleasant boss.

thanks for your professionalism, (your fight deserves the stars). You offer a traditional cuisine but oh how delicious and pleasant for gourmet drunks that can only burn their excess calories in your magnificent Lioran. 2023 we will return.

The 15th workers' menu is excellent and very topped. And the omelet and cantal sandwich. A delight. I recommend the eyes closed.
