We ordered the Sunday menu. The patronage is certainly friendly, the quality of the dishes at the rendezvous but it does not excuse by the much too long waiting between the dishes and the quantities too low served, especially the accompaniment of the dishes. The skipper justified the delay by explaining that the kitchen was overflowed and cooking was "minute cooking"!

I have no reproach for the kitchen and their card. We had a nice time when nothing remained in the plate. on the other hand, the too familiar welcome of the boss with the rapid tutelage shocked us. Besides, we hear it all over the hall and it's unpleasant. Ma'am, calm down and respect your clients. I would have put four stars, but there are three.

excellent restaurant and that is known, so you have to book, especially since they don't really like to open more than the brewery room at the bottom. It's fine and light, inventive, and it changes other restaurants around the corner that offer heavy and indigestal alsatian cuisine.
come to discover selestat, we followed the advice and we do not regret it. the dishes of the menu of the day were super copiers, and the menu of the terroir is very well provided as. nothing to say except the service that was a little long, but we're on vacation. So it's okay!
We had dinner here following the tripadvisor recommendation. We were welcome with a smile, and service at the table very consistely efficient and friendly throughout the evening. The food was very nice (and the apple strudel absolutely lovely)!. We highly recommend it.
