We stayed at this charming hotel for two nights and had one dinner in the gastronomic restaurant, and the next at ADN (DNA in English) in the beautiful and peaceful courtyard. The entire staff and the service they gave us was extraordinary, but it was...the cuisine that made our stay truly unforgettable. The combinations of flavors, the contrast of textures, the hidden surprises on the plate, and the presentation was simply genius: the genius of Fanny Rey. The second evening at ADN was no disappointment the wizard this time being Fanny's partner Jonathan Wahid who brings his Pakistani roots and influence to the magical dishes placed before us. If you are anywhere near Saint Rèmy do not miss...

You go here for the food, but it’s so much more than that. The service is superb, the setting very romantic, with very well-spaced tables. We opted for the €200 menu without the wine pairing, and it was more than enough food. We had a bottle of Crozes-Hermitage (2019) that wasn’t overpowering and complemented our dishes. We loved almost everything, but standouts were the tomato green zebra, the instant green chickpea amuse bouche and the John Dory, as well as the goat cheese with sour fig buds and the desserts. No one should be shocked at the price here if they’re foodies, as inventive cuisine is not cheap. If you are you shouldn’t come. Meeting Johnathan upon leaving was a bonus.

If we had to sum up our dinner in a few words, it would be simply happiness . The unforgettable pleasure of having an aperitif on the terrace with simply magnificent decoration and vegetation. And then it begins... each dish is like a painting, beautiful, in original plates, each more beautiful than the other, and then, we taste, our taste buds are in heaven, we also appreciate all the creations of the chef Fanny. Then we arrive at the sweet part where the art of Chef Jonathan Wahid delights us every time. The service is attentive, quality, with a great recommendation from the sommelier in line with the Chef 's world.

when I read about the new concept/restaurant, we immediately made a booking for the ADN restaurant. when we arrived, the concept was explained and we chose the full experience. we ordered a nice bottle of wine and then the first dishes were brought into the...table later we got a few more dishes and then some small dessert dishes. everything was very tasty and presented very beautiful. the personal was very professional and friendly. for us this restaurant is more expensive than where we usually eat, but it was definitiw worth splashing out! friendly and excellent knowledgeable service, excellent correctly priced wine list and food of such imagination and quality that we were surprised by the one Michelin Rosette. Since opening this restaurant has gone from strength to strength. the dishes are full of imaginatively and unusual mixes...of ingredients. Super lunch and good value for money in view of the work put into every dish. Fortunately we live close by and can come again and again.

that was our first time where there is no menu, only the brillance of the chefs. we went with the seafood option (there were only two, the other contained meat). everything was delicious and the whole experience was fascinating. I don't drink. alcohol, so the possibility of the weine through the glass (for me) was very appreciated. a very pleasant experience for both of us.

we have a reservation on the terrace a month in advance. we were very excited to visit this famous place and planned our weekend in Saint-Remy. the restaurant confirmed the booking a day before, but a few hours before dinner we got a...explaining our reservation was canceled due to the weather conditions (short rain). thanks for our lost weekend!

we came back to this majestic place after pandemic saga. it was really worth a ride with the auto hour. everywhere you see they see a caring hand of the owners and it is worth it. eating the wine, the presentation is top notch. that. is for example for the other owners how to do the things. real joy to visit and can not wait to be back
