which is ideally located near the bay of Mount Saint michel in an idyllic setting on the edge of the salt. the rooms are small but very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary. The team, led by a couple very involved in the reception and attention to detail, will be in small care for you if you are in a couple or a large family like this has been our case. There is also a way to enjoy a private living room for a noisy family holiday without disturbing guests more bucolic. the hotel has installed charging stations for electric vehicles that can be reserved on a quick request. we really knew a wow effect several times and would only know too much to recommend the hotel and the table! We have eaten at this restaurant over a number of years.It continues to maintain its high standards in terms of the personal welcome by the Managers,relaxed decor and general ambience in the dining room with wonderful views of the beautiful garden.The quality of the cuisine...is excellent with creatively combined flavours presented beautifully.The service is gracious and each dish is presented and described by the lovely staff.We shall be back!

We were staying in Ducey, walked in at the time they opened and sat immediately in the garden. Perfect weather, perfect meal prix fixe. We had oysters to start, a treatment we had never experienced before, vinegar and other seasonings. Wonderful! Lamb entree was excellent,...desert tart also. Very capable service. It’s in a small hotel, family run and worth a visit.
Ate here with reservation on a Saturday night. The décor is a little dated but the food is fantastic. Meals come with canapes and highlight the chef’s culinary expertise. Food portions are a good size and the menu is very varied. An excellent place to...eat and one worth going out your way to experience. You will need a reservation to get a table here.
We stayed for two nights. Comfortable and quiet room. We were delighted with the service. The quality of the food , breakfast and dinner, was outstanding. The attention to detail and innovative combination of flavours were top class. Eat and stay here for a real...gourmet experience.
What more can I say about the title. No complaints about anything. Good ideas, excellent food, great service, good wine, friendly staff, and all at very reasonable prices. I can’t recommend it more.
