What a huge disappointment for my 90-year-old mother who had been out the first time in 2 years of her ehpad! palate: succulent. entry (homard, octopus, calamars): the small pieces all had the same appearance and taste, so very difficult to distinguish the products! dish (fish): the lean was caught on one side and raw on the other. and very difficult to cut because very filandreu! Comble: the dish was totally cold! dessert: the hotel master told us at the beginning of the meal a sabayon. or we have seen a simple dessert plate composed of 10 small pieces of cakes (idem the operas or fruit mousse that we buy in a pastry shop), accompanied by 2 small balls sorbet lemon.
