Arrival at 12:30, we received the cards quickly. We were asked the aperitif, At the time of the order we ask for the tasting menu. And the waiter seemed disappointed enough. We have a drink at each dish that is a good formula for a good combination of dishes and wines. In less than 5 minutes the festival begins. The entrance foie gras is very good with its glass of wine, not even the covered properly laid, the second wine is served, for the fish that arrives immediately.(announced as bar on the map) yes bof... it was not the bar. Then the Norman hole, we ask for a little pose to the waiter who looks strangely and in less than 5 minutes the meat dish, then cheese, then dessert and coffee and...
From crossing in the region, warm welcome. The timing of the waitress was perfect, organization at the top and above all we ate very well. Each dish was a delight, we rarely ate as good. We had a tin of beef and a big salt beef, a feast for taste buds. I recommend this establishment the eyes closed, bravo to the cook, tasty and gourmet meat not to mention accompaniment. From the entrance to the dessert everything was perfect.

We celebrated our golden weddings with family in the cellar of the inn of the Abbey, we were very well installed and the meal was excellent. There was a person with a wheelchair and access to the cellar is very simple. Thanks again to the service staff and the kitchen staff.

Sunday we were with friends eating for noon, book by phone the same morning. Great reception, we were on a cool terrace. The plates are generous and the foods are well cooked, dessert to the top. What else to say, nothing but kiffe.

Facing the forest, overlooking the Abbey of Murbach in rich history, the setting is relaxing. Fried carps are melting and light and not fat. The staff is very welcoming. An address to remember.
Warm welcome, very pleasant setting, hot goat pie and honey with crudities were delicious, the sauerkraut garnished was excellent. Restaurant not to be missed.
